These quality envelopes are 4 1/2 x 10 1/4 inches with a full flap. They are constructed of a 110lb heavy cover stock with a leatherette appearance in white and blue colors or heavy cover stock, off-white color with a linen finish. Approximately 30 sheets in a backer will fit in this envelope. Personalize these envelopes with your firm logo and information. Envelopes without firm imprint have the captions “Will”, “Last Will and Testament of” and “Trust”.
Deluxe Will, Last Will Backers / Jackets / Covers
The covers for lettersize sheets are 9 x 12 1/2 or legal-size sheets 9 x 15 1/2 inches, have a top tab one inch and are prescored for easy folding of the tab and the entire backer. White and blue are the available colors manufactured of 110 lb cover stock with a leatherette appearance or heavy cover stock, off-white with a linen finish. When folded the cover swill hold approximately 10 sheets and when unfolded approximately 25 sheets. Personalize these covers / jackets / backers with your firm logo and information. Will First Sheets and matching Will Paper continuation sheets are offered with 2 choices of papers. 100% 24lb cotton paper or 70lb text paper. Both sheets are available in letter or legal size and two colors, bright white or natural white (off-white).
Will First Sheets:
“Last Will and Testament” is printed raised letter at the top of the page. They can be printed using a solid black typeface or using a shaded typeface (not as bold). These sheets can be personalized by printing your firm name and information at the bottom of the page, or vertically in the margin on the left side of the page. We offer these sheets with or without margin rules. Choose from 100% rag (cotton) sheets or text 70lb sheets.
Will Paper / Second Sheets / Continuation Sheets:
Will Paper / Second Sheets are used for all subsequent pages of the Will or Trust . These sheets match the Will First Sheets without the caption and can be printed using a solid black typeface or using a shaded typeface (not as bold). Personalized these sheets by printing your firm name and information at the bottom of the page, or vertically in the margin on the lower left side of the page. Use Blackstone’s custom index tab sets to create sections within the wills, trust and estate planning documents that you create. This will give them a more professional appearance and facilitate locating specific documents. We offer tabs in sets of 3, 4 or 5 tabs. If more tabs are necessary the numbers can be doubled by using 2 sets. These white tabs, mylar covered are printed using black ink with your copy. These tabs may be imprinted with the minimum quantity of 1 set.
